On entering the Gite block there is a sitting room of 22sq m and a small kitchen of 5sq m. This leads to a corridor of 21sq m and gives access for handicapped people. Then there are 4 bedrooms of 13.05 sq m each with its own bath/shower and wc of 4.3sq m size. This block was built in 1991 and has partial double glazing, tiled floors. Outside there is a small terrace which faces the pool 8.5 X 3.5 = 29.8sq m and lawns.

The gardens are laid out as to lawn with a few trees, shrubs and a small fish pond. There south facing views of the Pyrenees.

The buildings are of traditional construction, tiled roof, electric central heating and drainage by sceptic tank. They are on a plot of 5000sq m and mostly face south.

The business is in current use and 3.5km from all commerce and a school. Also 15mins motorway, 40 mins Tarbes /TGV, I Hr Lourdes, Toulouse, Spain and ski slopes. Auch 35km, golf 25km, Pau/Airport Ryanair 90 mins, 2 hrs Atlantic and 3 hrs Mediterranean.
