This room extends on to a south east facing patio, perfect for partaking of a little breakfast or lunch. To the right you find a large room which could easily be used as a bedroom, and you could easily create a door to the outside. Along the hall you find the kitchen, which has been equipped and fitted to a professional standard. This opens on to a second patio, also south facing like the first. An imposing period staircase takes you from the ground floor to the upper floors. There is also a wc on this floor.

On the first floor you find the living room (43m²), which opens on to the garden (800m²), and a terrace which overlooks the first patio. This living room is magnificent, with wooden floors and period fireplace. There are also two large bedrooms on the first floor, each of which with en suite bathroom and wc, and an office.

It is situated 45 minutes from Biarritz (Ryanair), and from the Atlantic beach resorts, 30 minutes from Spain, and 45 minutes from the lower ski slopes.
