A rare find in the peace of a small village, on the borders of the Gers and the Hautes Pyrenees, this superb L shaped Maison de Maître is habitable but just in need of some refreshing, with 17 large rooms (m² of habitable space!), plus area, a huge outbuilding (320m² x 2), and a pond, in grounds totalling 1 hectare.

A lovely drive leads from the front gates to the house.

The front door leads into a huge entrance hall (30m²), off which, to the right, you find 4 large rooms (21m², 21m², 22m² and 22m²), all furnished with marble fireplaces. To the left of the hallway you find a large dining room (32m²), also with a Gascon style open fireplace, and another room (24m²), and a wine store (73m²). It is close to all commodities, and schools, 5 minutes from Trie sur Baîse, 30 mins from Tarbes (TGV) and from the motorway, 30 mins from Auch, 50 mins from Lourdes, 1hr from Spain and from the lower ski slopes, 1hr 10mins from Pau (Ryanair), 1hr 30mins from Toulouse (Easyjet, Flybe, BMIBaby, Aer Lingus), 2hrs 30mins from Biarritz and the Atlantic beach resorts, and the same in the other direction from the Mediterranean.
